These terms cover purchases on keelsheet.com and use of this website, including the free calculators. They bring together the policies on our License, Refunds and Privacy pages. Questions: hello@keelsheet.com.

What you buy

Keelsheet sells spreadsheet templates as digital downloads: an Excel (.xlsx) file plus a link to make a Google Sheets copy. Purchases on keelsheet.com are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; depending on where you live, sales tax may be added at checkout, and Stripe shows it before you pay. Tools, editions and bundles are one-time purchases with no subscription.

Purchases on Etsy or Gumroad are made under those platforms' terms and processes.

License

Purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use and modify the templates for their own business records. You may not resell, redistribute or share the templates or modified copies. Tax professionals may use a copy for their own clients only with a separate commercial license (contact us).

Refunds

If a template does not work as described, email hello@keelsheet.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Marketplace purchases (Etsy, Gumroad) follow those platforms' processes.

Updates

Files include the figures current at release. Buy before the official 2027 IRS figures are published (expected late October or November) and the 2027 update is free. After that, updates are part of the paid Annual Update Plan.

The Annual Update Plan is not on sale yet, and these terms do not cover it. If it is offered in the future, its price and renewal terms will be shown before you can buy it.

Keelsheet provides spreadsheet templates and educational estimates only. We are not a CPA firm, law firm or the IRS, and are not affiliated with any government agency. The free calculators on this site cover a limited, stated scope. Confirm figures with IRS.gov or a qualified tax professional before you rely on them.

Your data

The free calculators run in your browser; the numbers you type are not sent to us. Templates run in your own Google or Microsoft account, and we cannot see their contents. See the Privacy Policy for email signups, payments and analytics.
