Projected; confirm before paying. The IRS has not published the 2027 Form 1040-ES yet. These dates apply the standard schedule in IRS Publication 505 and the rule that a deadline on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday moves to the next business day. Check IRS.gov estimated taxes and any disaster-relief postponements for your area.

Notes
- The “quarters” are not equal: Q2 covers two months and Q3 covers three. Source: Pub 505, chapter 2.
- If you file your 2027 return and pay all tax due by January 31, 2028, you generally don’t need to make the January 2028 payment (Pub 505).
- Pay through IRS Direct Pay or EFTPS.
